As Founder and CEO at R&M Capital, Tyler brings years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development, having partnered on multifamily investments, industrial parks, and commercial projects. He’s overseen full property renovations, capital improvements, financial reporting, and strategies to boost rental income and asset value.

After years of working with other management companies, Tyler recognized a recurring issue: poor communication and reactive management. This inspired him to found R&M Capital Property Management — a locally owned, family-run company focused on simplifying ownership, maximizing property value, and delivering unmatched client support.

Through proactive maintenance, clear communication, smart leasing, and detailed financial oversight, Tyler and his team help owners protect their investments and increase long-term returns. Michael leads the development of efficient systems for onboarding, lease management, compliance, and communication—ensuring consistency across the portfolio. Known for his proactive problem-solving and strong communication, he works closely with owners to protect their investments and drive results.
