No. This protects the property owner, not the resident. It covers rent loss, damage, and legal costs — not personal belongings or tenant liability.
R&M Capital will handle the entire claim process for you. We work directly with SureVestor to ensure everything is filed and documented properly.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late if not received by the 5th. If the tenant breaks their lease or skips without notice, the Loss of Rent – Skip benefit may apply (up to 8 weeks of rent reimbursed). A 7 day or 14-day notice is issued to comply with legal requirements. Paying rent promptly ensures you avoid such notices.
Yes, coverage is month-to-month. You can opt in or out of the program with advance notice and R&M Capital will handle the administration.
