Got a friend with rental property—or are you an agent who wants to offer clients more value and earn an extra bonus on top of it? Refer them to R&M and you could earn up to 2.5× their monthly management fee when they sign a 12-month agreement with R&M Capital Property Management. We’ll handle the property; you pocket the bonus.
What you earn
Tiered bonus based on portfolio size at signing:
• 1–10 units → 1.5× the monthly management fee
• 11–50 units → 2× the monthly management fee
• 51+ units → 2.5× the monthly management fee
Examples:
• Single home with a $150/mo management fee → $225 bonus (1.5×)
• 20-unit with a $2,000/mo base management fee → $4,000 bonus (2×)
• 60-unit with a $6,000/mo base management fee → $15,000 bonus (2.5×)
How it works
Submit your referral – Send the owner’s name, contact info, property address(es), and unit count to info@rmpropertymanagement.net or call (855) 762-2776.
We handle the consult – We connect with the owner, review the property, and present a management proposal.
They sign, you earn – After a 12-month agreement is signed and two months of fees are received, your bonus is issued.

We protect your relationship. If you refer a client to us for management, we keep you in the loop. If your client later expresses interest in selling, we will circle back to you first so you can lead the sales conversation—a win-win built on shared success.
Program Notes & Eligibility
New client portfolios only.
Referrals already in our system or in active discussions may not qualify (we’ll confirm status when you submit).
Unit tier is based on the number of units under management at initial signing.
If the agreement terminates before two full months of fees are received, the bonus does not apply.
R&M may update or end this program at any time; changes apply prospectively.
