Standard Lease-Up Fee: 100% of the first month’s rent (one-time, due at lease signing).

(The market average is 100%, so our bundled rate lets you save while locking in full-service management at a preferred rate.)
No hidden fees. If a unit is withdrawn after an approved applicant, limited marketing/showing costs may apply.

Provide property access (keys, lockbox approval)
Confirm smoke/CO compliance and required city inspections
Lead certification (if applicable)
Approve final lease terms and funds flow
RentReady coordination: If any work (painting, safety fixes, occupancy permit) is needed, R&M can assist for a small service fee
