All service requests must be submitted online at PestShare.com. Requests cannot be made through the property management office.
Only positively—on-time rent payments help you build credit, and there are no penalties for missed payments.
Yes. The program includes up to 4 services within a 12-month period, covering up to 3 included pests per service, each with a 30-day warranty.
If the pest is covered under your Pest Assurance plan and you have not exceeded your annual service limit, you can disregard any bill you receive. Pest Share handles payment for covered services. You are only responsible for payment if the pest is not covered.
All questions regarding pest control services should be directed to Pest Share, not the property management office. You can contact them via chat at PestShare.com or email at claims@pestshare.com.
No, you can opt in to only one of them or none of them. Please know that you will need to provide proof of a third party insurance. The Pest share program is not mandatory and is for your benefit.
