Whether you have a small 10-unit building or a large-scale association, our pricing model ensures you only pay for what you need — while still receiving the full benefit of expert financial management, maintenance coordination, and board support.
Range: $550–$1,500/month (based on size & scope)
Per-Unit Pricing:
10–30 units → $40–$60/unit
30–50 units → $30–$40/unit
50+ units → $25–$35/unit
Minimum base fee: $850/month
